My poor fella

After having fun in all the snow yesterday we set off for our morning walk only to have it cut short because Caius managed to bleed on the snow

The snow had turned to ice overnight and somehow he managed to catch the quick of his claw on some ice. Not just one claw on one paw though oh no he managed to catch the identical one on each of his back paws

Came straight home cleaned it with warm water and but some iodine spray on it. Poor baby he was more bothered by the spray than the claws

He is now sat here sulking with me Think I'll get him a big juicy bone he might like me again if I do

We went to park today thought there'd be less snow/ice and he managed to make it bleed again. He's walking round with iodine spray and one of Marcus'old socks on to stop him from licking it. He is disgusted with me

I hope Caius' poorly is now healed

and he has forgiven his mummy for making him wear a sock

Its always Misty who manages to cut herself, she is quite used to my socks on her feet now, she has had to have them on so many time
