I've Finally

SOLD MY HOUSE

Its been sold for over a month and everything is going fine so far The buyers have had the survey done and are really keen to move asap

The house we ve offered on was surveyed yesterday so im hoping that went ok aswell We had a structural survey done on it as its so old Its about 270 yrs old apparently

Im really looking forward to the move as we will be moving into a totally different area so it will be such a change the village its in is lovely

Ive also rented my mums house out The new tenants moved in yesterday so ive been running about getting all of the cupboards emptied and cleaned ready for that I didnt realise how much stuff was still in the house its all in my house now Ive had a laugh looking at some of the old photos

In between house selling buying and renting ive managed to pack my son off to Uni
Hes been gone nearly two weeks now but is coming home for a quick visit on Wednesday so that will be nice

We re off on holiday a week on Monday so im really looking forward to having a break I seem to have had a permanent headache just lately I think ive been a bit stressed
I cant wait to get settled again i just want the house move to go quickly and smoothly

The really really old one with lots of land around it for the dogs

Its right by Ironbridge and is less than a mile from the actual bridge in a really nice spot
The actual place is called Broseley Wood and yes there is a wood right next to it perfect for dog walking
Infact the dogs have had more input into where we moved than us We had to have good size garden, great dog walking space and space in the house for their sofas It was only then that we started looking at our requirements
