| its really really slippy out there ...and the furthre out i walked the slippier it got...so today i put freds halti back on, just to give me that extra security... i felt loads better when he was wearing it, more in control.... it didnt stop me from skidding in places though, i nearly went on my bum a couple of times :2431: ....but because fred was wearing the halti, i was able to stop him from skidding so much too.... he loved it across the fields running through the long grass... and it was hilarious to watch him roll about trying to get his halti off, he looked like a polar bear... i hope i havent backtracked all our good work by putting his halti back on | |

| thats what im hoping sange.... it wont take long to snap him back into shape :2431: .... its like an ice skating rink out there, theres no way i would chance him lunging for another dog without his halti.... | |

| i do the same as Sandra when i take Bailey out on his own he doe'snt wear the Halti it's only when i have 2 or 3 of them out | |

| Depends who takes our dogs out and where they are going If i take them with my son then the headcollars go on they also have them on if we take them anywhere that we know we will meet other dogs We try to walk them offlead away from other walkers and dogs so in that situation they dont have the headcollars on | |
