i have started my diet

today i have started my diet.... .... and its killing me already lol....im fookin starvin and ive had the amount im supposed to have, so it just goes to show you how much crap ive been eating... i have to re-train myself into eating sensibly ... i have a week of this then i can start taking my diet pills... i bought some alli pills yesterday to help me lost weight faster... its going to give me the incentive i need....

i also treated myself to a makeover in boots and decided to buy the foundation, concealer, blusher and application brush because it made me look younger lol.. the make up took years off me, and gave me a confidence boost (been feeling a little self conciouse lately lol) .... when she told me the price i nearly fookin fainted.... £82 :san41: i couldnt believe it lol.... its clarins ... so its good stuff...but all the same, i will only be using it on special occasions.. :2445:

me too karen... i cant do the exercise i should because of my back so im hoping this will give me a kick start so i can then maintain it with the dog walking and maybe some gentle exercise at the gym

phase 2 (14weeks) yorkshire, then his regiment is based in oxford, he has been told after phase 2 he will get 2 weeks intense training with his regiment as they are due to deploy to Afgan

oooh bloomin heck, thats a bit soon bless him, you would think they would let him get a bit of army life behind him first..

quite a few who passed out have been told they will go soon after completing phase 2 will just have to see how things go but hes not worried about it

the worry might be good for your wifes diet....
