swimming is a good exercise for me faz, the doctors always telling me to start swimming, but its catch 22 im too self concious to get in a swimming costume lol... so i will only go when ive lost weight :2431:

its now day 3 (not long i know) and for someone who loves their food its surprising just how much i was eating before compared to now, and now is the 'normal' amount of food i should be eating lol lol....
i start the pills on friday when the OH is home, so if i have any side effects hes here lol... for eg. if you eat over the reccommended fat allowance in your meal and you have taken your pill, you can have accidental leakage and may not make it to the toilet :2445: ...thats why its advised you get used to the diet for a week before taking the tablets.

They sound like the pills that Ive had before from the doc, I have 2 months supply upstairs which Im going to take when I start slimming world.
You will be fine hun as long as you watch your fat intake but its not pleasant if you dont!! I knew this when I started them and I lost 3 stone on them but when I became ill my gp took me off them but a work colleague was on them and had to go home as she had an accident!!

they are very similar to the ones you can get from the doctor and these are actually legal and safe to buy... my OHs mum had some of those off the doctor too, and shes warned me about what can happen :2431: this is why im doing the diet for a week without pill as recommended... i did go to the doctor for help with my wieght, they werent much help at all... when i asked for pills they told me i had to be classed as obese , my friend who is the same weight as me but a few inches shorter was able to have them, i argued with the doctor that if i didnt have any help i would end up obese and he basically said, if that happened i could have the pills ... so i was so glad when i hear about alli, they are quite expensive but so worth it if it gives me my figure and self confidence back :love:

Oh, I remembered the name of them now, Adios. My mother used those a few years ago with great results. Just thought I would let people know

ive used adios before paula... they werent much good imo... good that they worked for your mum though hun
