Hows things going regarding the house selling etc

have things slowed down in your area Bren since the election Our Estate agent says things are almost at a stand still since the election. She thinks its caution about whats going to be announced in their budget in a few weeks time

House move isnt going anywhere atm havent had any viewings yet

Nothing is selling around here it isnt just my house
Its so frustrating
Atleast the one i want hasnt had any interest either Ive been speaking to the agent and found out the owner will accept an offer 15K under the asking price so ive dropped our price in the hope of getting some interest Ive upgraded mine on rightmove aswell

OH is getting fed up Keeps moaning about how disappointed im gonna be if we dont sell this house but im a great believer in fate so if im meant to get that house then i will In the mean time there isnt anything wrong with this house But i want the other one

We keep driving up there and walking the dogs by it so we can have a nosey

Yes Jude the market is absolutely dead atm

You can tell just by looking at whats sold on rightmove which is next to nothing

Spoke to Gail who i worked with and she confirmed the market is like you said nearly at a standstill

I get a rightmove report with my agent which has showed that people have been looking at it but no viewings yet

I think people are waiting to see whats going to change in this budget the government are working on they want to see if interest rates are going to go up

I take it you havent had any viewings lately either have you asked about the one you like to see if anyone else is after it

Well at least the house you want isn't getting much attention either

Lets hope things start moving soon I hate being in limbo, I want things to happen asap once I have made my mind up with things, I want it all done yesterday
