You're not giving anything up, you didn't need them to begin with!
Be Positive, you're NOT depriving yourself of anything the body actually needs to survive. Warmth, food, water and shelter..that's what you need...not expensive cancer sticks of death!

I breathed into one of those machines 2 minutes after a smoke and it read as if I was a non smoker! Baffled my nursing colleagues!

carbon monoxide reading, mine was off the scales, the bloke who was there had given up for 2wks his reading was normal and a girl who had been smoking for 5yrs was reading at 17

I am going a week today to have mine checked again but it clears from your body very quickly summat like 48hrs and 72 hrs for nicotine to clear

Nothing worse than trying to give up smoking

I only managed to give up when i was in hospital for a couple of weeks

I started again when my son was nearly one but suddenly thought wtf am i doing and stopped straight away before i got totally addicted again

I havent had a ciggie for nearly 17 years now

You ve done it before so im sure you ll be able to stop again Good Luck

Gazi still does he has given up for about 8 or 9 yrs, he says sometimes he could still murder one

I dont think i really get the urge for a fag now but occasionally you just get a quick whiff when someone lights one up and think i could murder a fag :2431:

I do hate the smell of ciggies now when you walk into a smokers house or smell it in their cars or on their clothes etc It smells so much stronger to a ex smoker

Thing is i loved smoking and thought i would never be able to give up I would go out and walk a mile in a snowstorm to buy some ciggies if id run out :2431:
People ask the question why do people start smoking well the truth is its enjoyable
That first fag and cup of tea in the morning used to be Bliss

Im so glad i did give up tho id hate to be paying a fiver a packet to buy the death sticks :2431:
