Jan I went to the stop smoking clinic my CM reading was over 21 which is the highest the machine reads :2431: I am on patches and have the pretend fag thing, all free that they give you I have tried patches before and they make me ill :2431: i can feel the effects coming on today so I will leave the patch off tomorrow morning and put one on late afternoon, the fag thing is the best, you take a drag whenever you want and it gives you the same sensation as smoking and gives you something to do with your hands as well so I quite like it and as of yetI don't feel like I am missing out just hoping it lasts
