Starting a thread on your favourite recipes for us to share Your fav recipes 729386 if you cook anything, even salad that has a really nice taste post here Your fav recipes 729386

I'll go first

Indian stew curry

Diced onion
Chicken (on the bone)
Itsp ginger (less if you like mild)
1tsp garlic
1tsp Cumin
6 peeled tomatoes
1 tsp Corriander
1tsp of curry powder
1 and a half tsp Garim masala
spuds and peas

Cook onions in a little oil till golden
remove skin from chicken add and seal
Add all spices and tomatoes and a cup of water
Simmer till chick is tender
add peas and spuds and simmer for an hour or till tom sauce has desolved all toms
