yeah I know sandra, I have nothing against cross breed dogs all my childhood pets came from the cat and dog shelter and were hienz 57 varieties!! but what really pees me off is we have had the labradoodles, goldendooldles, jacadoodles all "new" breeds which people are charging extortionate amounts of money for the pups that years ago would have been advertised free of charge as they would have been seen as accidents!!
thats the only thing I really have against them! i agree with you jude... | |

| I'd rather not go into too much detail if you dont mind. It doesnt do to rake over old ground. The difference of opinion was, I think, more over long vs short haired GSDs. I prefer short for a number of reasons, one being that that is the breed standard but there are a lot of very good looking long haired GSDs on this forum as you can see. I trod on a few toes at the time I think | |

| well heres wat i think we humans need to stop playing f**king GOD, cos we aint him lmao no really i can NOT stand theses hot crosses such as labradoodles, lil lap dogs mixed with other ones ect. go to the pound and buy one for £40 they deserve it more, its ppl wanting a fashion accessory, or status symbol that annoy the shit out of me. and the ppl breeding these dogs. its bad enough shepherd breeders ect dont do all health tests on this amazing breed, then we have ppl crossing breeds with no health tests or temperment tests done just cos they want to make money or they think the pups will be cute... f**k OFF go buy a Real dog i have 3 cross breeds dillan a shar-pitt lol meg a collie lab and my Malinois is basically a mutt. | |
