| well its all been confirmed now, deposit is paid and hes booked to go on the 9th for his training... as much as i am going to miss him, i cant bloody wait... im hoping that zep can start to train him not to be as agressive towards other dogs whilst hes on lead in the street, then i can continue in the same way, and hopefully we will have a reformed character lol... :2431: ... im also going to ask him his views on getting a little friend for fred, well for us really lol...
i have high expectations on this lol ..zep is my last hope to a sociable frederik, but i have a funny feeling that fred is not going to react the same way as he does when hes with me!!!.... i know that fred can be sociable after the initial growl and sniff when theyre offlead.... as the group walk we had earlier in the year proved.. what i want him to overcome is the agression/frustration what ever he has towards strange and different dogs he meets everyday..if he only meets zeps dogs day after day, he will become used to them... if you kwim??
fingers crossed lol :2431:

| The secret is maintaining what Zep starts Shelley. (I almost sound like I know what I'm talking about don't I? :2431: ) I know you've said before that Zep thinks you're too soft with him. Have you toughened up?! :2431:
Just pretend it's me you're cross with! :san42:

| Here's hoping it all works out. Trouble is, even though they can be really difficult, we love 'em to bits & its hard to stay cross for too long.
Not easy though when you've also got a Tia to contend with!!
Maybe you should leave her with Zep instead & take Fred on holiday? :san42:
Poor Zep would run a mile!!

| This is just the problem though isnt it? They never do misbehave in the same way with the trainer as they do with the owner. | |

| I have heard, don't know if it's true, that a leather lead is much better for the vibs than the nylon ones most of us use anyone else heard this? | |
