ive just had a pm on fb from a good friend... shes absolutely devastated....her mum and dad are having their gsd lucy pts tomorrow... shes not been her self for a while and its now time to let her run free :love: :love: :love: :love:

Awww that is so sad :love: :love: :love: Its horrible to think that this has to happen There was a dog being pts in a car at the vets yesterday right outside the window opposite were i was sitting I felt terrible and turned to face a different way The owners were distraught

It was awful and made me think what it would be like if i ever had to make that decision :cryyyyyy: Ive never had a dog that has been pts before only elderly cats which was bad enough

I really felt bad for the family This is the reason i left my last job at the vets I couldnt stand booking animals in for pts and seeing them when they came in
They didnt want me to leave and said i would get used to it but i didnt want to harden up and get used to it

When it comes to animals i am a real softy and get upset easily :cwyy:

its the hardest decision ive ever had to make... i relly dont want to go through it again.... i felt like my heart was being ripped in half .... and i could feel every tear :love:

my friend who pm'ed me must be feeling really low bless her, shes left a message of how mush she misses him on my boys picture ... he was pts 2 years ago next month :love: :love:

she was absolutely devastated when my boss dog was pts... then not many months later she lost her own dog at a young age, which was heartbreaking, and now her mums dog.... :love: life is cruel sad sad news 729386

It is Shell, and many people have said to me (that have lost a dog) that they couldn't have another as it hurt so much when they died, but to me, as painful as it is for them to go, the years of happiness that you have with them is so beautiful that I couldn't be without one
