OMG kiera at vets

well yesterday i took ke ki and pup for their night run at the beach, and i threw ki's toy twice for her and she decied to bugger off up to the van... she wouldnt come back i was baffelled, so i said firmly NOW so she came shuffling over and i leashed her whilst finishing playing with pup.

as we walk back to the van pup stopped to sniff, and i carried on and as i turned round he was pooing. so i went to walk back to pick it up, as i did ke refused to walk and just gave me this look, and then she lay down refusing to move :2431:

so i left her whilst getting pup and the poo lol, anyway she was a lil wobbly all day ect so i booked her in vets to see simon today, as i was not happy. well we ran her up and down ect no signs of her DM getting worse. simon said she is walking great. so he manipulated her joints her hips were lovely and free but then he went to her back.

OMG she screamed and screamed :2431: then she turned round and started licking simons face she was very upset. well origanally she showed no discomfort in the back, so one reason we didnt send her for a MIR scan *as she aint insured and will cost the earth* but now simons woundering if it isnt DM and she has trapped nerves.

so simons refering us for the scan and if its her trapped nerves she will have spinal surgery and be Kiera again, i could cry thinking about it as i wish with all my heart it is true. but im also trying not to be over the moon incase it is DM but she has just hurt her back.

cheers my dad said why didnt you get it done first time round i said ehh money for one and because she never showed signs of discomfort.

i sooooo hope it is this but i cant get my hopes up as i couldnt deal with them being shot down :love:

i know this is it she will be able to work again! i mean it will change everything i have stopped working in securtiy as pups not fully trained and mature yet and i dont wanna blow his head with too much

which also means im not earning any where near what i used to earn like i said to my friend the other week if i worked the races for a few nights i would have earned a grand easy, but i couldnt...

i know bev its a odd one i really dont want to be brought back down to earth if it doesnt work x

thank you hunni i really am praying with all my heart she is going to be fine and just need surgery. its odd as shes getting worse and its been nearly a yr next month since xena died and i have been praying i dont lose kiera too :love:

if it iz her back I know of a phyziotherapizt that workz on our rezcue dogz,cat and foxez pauline iz excellent with animalz I have even been to her when my back and hipz were out a month ago and I couldnt walk by the end of the hour I waz up and walking zhe haz a way with animalz it might be a bit of a trip but worth it if you wanted to take her up

ohhh right cool cheers ems we will see what the outcome is after her scan but yea will deff keep that in mind as i guess she may need a lil physio afterwards :love:
