shouldnt be allowed a horse

the lass at our yard has a horse as you know i whine bout her all the time :2445: anyway hes really old older then chip whos 23!

anyway about a couple of months back he had clearly fallen down in the field he was on three legs *even tho his f**k witt owner didnt notice* he also had a nose blled and keeps getting them not a good sign really

anyway every day hes on three legs unable to really put pressure on the other one i saw him the other day trying to have a wee his right fore hanging i felt sooo sad for him as he owner doesnt even give a dam hasnt rang the vet or even orderd any pain killers for him :Angry: well the weather has took a turn for the worst and is cold and wet all this week so our old lad chip is rugged up and tommy too even tho hes young he is the sort that drops weight easy, but no poor old basil is out in this horrible wet weather with no rug :Angry: she doesnt even bring him in for a love nothing. i dont see how she should be allowed a horse i really dont like i said last night to mitra and jo hes old now the least she can do is look after the poor lad in his last yrs :cryyyyyy:


then today as im running the dogs on the beach closer to home i saw a coloured youngster all horribly thin and out of condition * owner must have been to the sales on sat* but you would have thought in this rain and cold the poor baby would have had a rug on or at least be in a stable :wqq:

i dont mean to sound harsh and i know not everyone has the money for all the mod cons and vets here there ect but if thats the case IMO dont get a horse FFS

it does as there is no need for it i said to her the day after his fall hows he doing is he able to stand on his leg? she looked at me confused and said oh hes fine nothing wrong with him, yet clearly as hes walking he cant move his left leg its his shoulder GRRRRRR

its a shame tho as hes a old horse riddled with arthritus and should be having the right care

my sister is the sort of person that has to have ppl like her but shes even grating on her now this lass brought her horse in a while back all muddy and said ohh he looks like tom now and my sis turned round and said eh yea if he was worth at least 6 grand more maybe :2431: i was like mitra that was way below the belt and snobby :nhy: :san42:

the stupid bitch!! i would have to say something to her ...like you say, not everyne can afford all the stuff, but im sure she could afford an old blanket and some taupalin for a make shift coat or something...im not very horsey but its obvious that the poor horse cant be comfortable

she has a rug for him but it would mean coming up in the morning to take it off thats the worst part of it

if she cant be arsed to do things like that, then maybe she should employ someone for a few quid a week to see to him
