Do you innoculate?

my vet said today that they've had a batch of parvo vaccines in that have'nt worked so he innoculated shady with a differant bach, and she needs another one in 2 weeks time, the vaccine she had today may react to the one she had 2 weeks ago..when we came out of the surgery she threw up loads, i mean loads, i rang him when i got home and he said it's prob due to stress, she's eaten ok after with no sickness, but is very quiet...and shady is never quiet.
i'm worried now

i have mine doen yearly but kiera had hers early *with being a merpol dog* so was out and about by 10wks lol which isnt always a great thing as they still have there mums antibodays in them from the milk so the vaccines sometimes dont work if given at 6wks but ke is fine lol

i dont like giving my dogs all these things but i also dont want them getting parvo distemper ect so as they have never been ill with them thats why i get them done lol
