Yes Paula they never turn a customer away The vets i worked at was a big company who are very money orientated having worked on the reception at a vets i can understand it because some people come on the phone all high and mighty demanding appointments when they arent registered and sometimes there arent any appointments left for regulars I think its an attitude thing that pisses alot of vets off I do think you should feel free to go to whatever vet you want without having to divulge anything to them Even if its only for a second opinion

I have a great Vet and we have a 20-30 mins drive to get to him even though there are 6 vet practices near to us. When Neil went from First Vets to start up his own practice we followed him as we know we are guaranteed to see him when we go. With everything that has gone on with Marley, his retained testicle, bee sting on his tongue, and when he was poisoned I trust Neil with Marley. More so with the poisoning as if neil hadnt taken him in he would have been dead the next day.......we have heard of 3 dogs that were also poisoned died as their vets didnt act quickly enough.
Neils prices are just about average for vets.
