Ive started my new job so have been working from 9 till 6 or 7pm for the last few weeks training
I was off today so been gardening gotta work 12 till 6 tomorrow training again then its the real thing from Thursday when the shop opens :fingers crossed ive learnt everything by then
All the girls im working with are really nice and we ve been having a laugh
Wasnt sure if id like the job but its been great so far
Wednesday im off to see mum and to pop into Halifax AGAIN!!!!!!!! to sign yet another form to prove POA Can you believe they still havent sorted out my telephone and internet banking its bloody ridiculous
Was in the garden today Bought the dogs a boomer ball which Keira played with for 2 minutes and Mickey has completely ignored Im sure they will play with it eventually
Also ordered 2 kongs but they only had one in stock so will wait until the other one arrives before the dogs try them Mickey seems quite keen to have the kong so im hoping they ll keep the dogs amused

My mam is really poorly Bren Im really worried about her and ive got to have another barium proctagram on thursday

I had to take the boomer ball away from Bryn and Hazel, a) they wrecked the house/garden with the forcefullness they charge at it and smack it everywhere and b) they get obsessed and exhaust themselves and won't stop

We had the trip to Morecambe with a few of the children a couple of weeks ago pics somewhere on here

Theban is keeping us very busy he is a little bugger LOL Kerstin calls him the nicest tazzy devil she know Nothing is safe including body parts. I love puppy stage its so much fun

They both just look at the boomer ball then at me as if to say what do we do with it Keira had a little go but got frustrated when she couldnt pick it up so just gave up
I got them a kong each aswell and they hadnt got a clue what to do with them
They eventually worked it out and made a right mess

went into Halifax again to sign a form ive already signed
They told me id already signed it in May and confirmed it had been sent back (so wtf is it ) There must be a burmuda triangle somewhere full of my lost paperwork
I cant believe its so hard to sort out the telephone and internet banking Its now been going on for 4 or 5 months im f**king fuming
When i went in i signed the form again then asked if they could ring up while i was there and speak to the right department because every time i ring the helpline they p**s about and transfer me through to loads of different people The last time i rang i was on the phone for an hour and a half because they kept giving me different numbers to ring
Anyway the girl i spoke to today went off and spoke to her manager and guess what they said
They only told me to ring up again and if i dont get sorted straight away tell them i want to put a complaint in Unbelieveable
I really feel like closing all the accounts (she has 4) but dont want the hassle of changing banks again been there and done that already when i closed her Nat West accounts after they opened all those new accounts for her when id told them she had dementia Are all banks shite
Its so frustrating

I think all banks are shite bren.

Its so frustrating that big bosses for these banks get paid megga bucks (which will be from our money), to run a awful service.

I think speaking to a manager will be your only option to make sure their error gets sorted.

The manager in the branch didnt want to know
She was the one who said to put a complaint in

Write a letter to head office bren and raise some h##l

Call the managers bluff and cc her a copy of the letter you send to head office
