They didnt go out last night to celebrate but they went out to their favourite garden centre to the cafe for lunch. My dad asked me ages ago if I would sort out a bouquet of yellow roses for my mum ( she had yellow roses in her wedding bouquet) when they arrived my mum was so surprised as for her golden wedding she asked me to drop hints to my dad for flowers for her Today is 41621 but he thought about it himself this time which meant more to her than the flowers! I rang her yesterday as I knew they had been delivered and she said they were beautiful then I heard my dads voice saying HE had chosen very well cheeky bugger!!!!!

What a lovely story! It makes me believe that there is indeed true love. My mom and dad should have been married for 30 years now. My dad passed away last 1993. It's going to be father's day soon and we will visit the cemetery then.
