need health tips please help?????

i need to write some health tips for a website but i've run out of ideas,i need to get it finished tonight,amoungst a whole lot of others i've got ear mites,scraped foot pad,fleas,worms and ticks,ringworm,periodontal disease and gingivitis, can anyone help me with some more i can write about??? my minds gone blank !!

no hun, not finished yet,he's hoping to get the website up and running by the end of the week....tomorrow is saturday, need to get my bum in gear and get everything else to him....i've done 3 pages of typical symptoms concerning gsd's plus what i mentioned above......he still needs more!! lol i'll have nothing to write about in news letter at this rate lol

I wonder why some dogs are more likely to get them than others

shar pei's are most common to get them due to their hair but it's mainly the short coated gsd's that get them, again i think due to the hair,sometimes a hair can grow inward and cause irritation,the irritation will occur before the owner notices it,the dog will lick,bite and scratch.making the area moist and more irritable,the more they lick etc the skin begins to crack and become inflammed,and hot,infection may set in and will be itchy and sore. If the dog is scratching everywhere it may be down to an allergy,food,pollen,dust mite,fleas etc but this can also be the case if it's limited to 1 area and you find your dog licking or biting his paws,he may do this out of your sight,brenA i pm'd you last night

BB is a long coat.... he used to suffer with hot spots
Self mutilated all the time, hasn't had them for a long time now

dont forget a bit about parvo, its such a horrible thing for them to get, its so upsetting seeing the ones come into the vets with it.

ooo also what about writing about grass seeds and checking for them, esp this type of year, there has been loads of dogs coming in the vets with grass seeds in various places, ie nose, between toes, eyes, legs etc. Im just trying to think what i see most of at the vets, im only there on a friday so i can only go by what i see most on that day.
I know its already said but teeth is a good one as we get loads in for that.
