guess what?????

im going jogging at 9pm :2431:

we have an outdoor gym down the road, and my friends have been going at night time when no one is about lol..... they jog/walk round the racecourse first, then go on the gym...

this is going to be interesting....

i shall be very scared , i dont like being out at night.... we should be okay though, my friend is taking her dog....i would take fred, but he would only be a liability

i shall be stiff tomorrow, ive been out with the fredley for 2 hours today, then on the wii fit plus and now out with the girls :tilly:

going to take some tablets for my back b4 i go...help me along a bit :san12: :san12:

twas great fun sange..... my mates took their dogs.... a staffie cross and a rottie... there wasnt anyone about that was going to f**k with us :san12:

when we got to the open air gym there was a group of youths sat round, it was obvious they werent going to move....until sye the rottie walked round the climbing frame to them :2431: it was hilarious, ive never seen teenagers shift to quickly without making too much noise.... the only thing sye wanted was some fuss cos hes really soft.... :san12: :san12:

although he did make me nervous when he became obsessed with my feet on the treadmill....

its very good .... there was a shelter over the top but yobs have ripped it down :rolls eyes: : .... but other than that, the rest is indestructable and almost as good as an indoor gym
