| tia has fallen over today and cut her hand on the ground, its about inch an half long and is cut sideways in rather than in deep if you kwim lol.... i couldnt see what she cut it on, and its got lots of dirt in it(a long line of it, i tried to clean it out but couldnt get it out plus it was too painful for her... im worried incase theres something in there and it causes infection or if i dont get the dirt out, the skin will grow over it and she'll have a dirty long mark on her hand forever ... it looked quite nasty tbh, i tried calling the doctors but they were closed, so i whipped her across to the chemist and asked their advice, they couldnt really tell me much as tia was screaming, she did help me clean it up and told me to watch for a red line leading off it which worried me more :rolls eyes: : any advice guys | |

| soak her hand in salt water , that will make sure its clean, maybe tomorrow she will let you have a proper look at it, or you could do a honey wrap that draws anything out of a gut | |

| tias hand is much better *phew* i got her in the bath this morning and managed to get a few little gritty stones out of the cut, thank goodness, we got it seen to, and another little stone made its way out lol, but the bit i was less concerned with was the apparantly the worst bit :rolls eyes:: i was more concerned about what ever was in it lol, but the entry hole for all the grit looked a little bit iffy, so she redressed it and said to keep an eye in it and keep bathing it and watch how it goes... bloody kids | |

| it was looking a bit soggy and greenish..i think ive overdone it on the cream tbh, so i hel her down this afternoon and properly wiped it, i got most of the gunky shyte off, instead of creaming it i sprayed it with antiseptic and covered it up again, i'll have another look in a bit before she goes bed, see how its doing | |
