wont be around much today or tomorrow!!

Just to let you know that I wont be around much today or tomorrow, We have friends coming for dinner tonight and as I'm cooking indian food I'll be spending most of this afternoon in the kitchen!! I'll try and pop on when I can though to have a sneaky look just to make sure you are all behaving yourselves!!!! :2445:

We are having popadoms with pickles to start with, I have made 2 of them myself, the mango chutney was bought!! We are then having Shish kebab and salad I have made the shish kebabs myself, for main course we are having Murgh Badami which is very much like chicken korma and Lamb Rogan Josh ( all made from scratch, I can smell the spices in here!!) with mushroom pilau, I have made a cheesecake for sweet, then we are having liquer coffees. all washed down with some nice Rose and Champagne

So apologies if I come on here very late tonight and my typing is all over the place :2431:

Tomorrow is Eds birthday (and he will only be 5 years younger than me from tomorrow until May and then it goes back to 6 ) and we have to do the rounds, go to my parents and then up to Carol and johns so Emma can give her God dad her card and present and then we are taking Marley out for the afternoon and then I'm taking Ed out for dinner. God I'm exhaused just typing it!!! :2431:

I'll sort the January competition when I get back tomorrow!!

Well here I am, and a little bit peed off. I have spent all day cooking, Indian food takes a lot of preparation, I even missed my walk on the beach with Marley. Ed picked our friends Jay and Gary up and brought them down about 6.45. Jay said she was coming down with a chest infection and didnt feel well, she never ate a thing, lay on the sofa, asked for a duvet and then asked for a taxi home at 9pm as she was feeling lousy. I have to admit she didnt look very well at all but if that had been me I would have cancelled and made it another time. Ed and Gary thoroughly enjoyed their food but I just feel as though I have wasted a whole day. Sorry if that sounds awful and unsympathetic but I couldnt do that to anyone.
