still the same hun, thanks for asking
The bruising on my arm is going but I have a lump and a really sore patch there but my back is as sore as the day I did it. If Im still the same by wednesday Im going back to docs though he did say it could take a long time to heal

Im taking 1000mg paracetamol and 30mg codine 4 times a day but I dont feel as though its doing much really. its just very hard to get comfortable

tbh hun, if it was me i would go back and request something stronger ... im sure he wont refuse you, its a matter of trial and error before you find the right pain relief to suit you

aww sorry your still suffering Judes you should take some 400gram tabs of Ibuprofen along with the paracetamol works wonders for swelling.

I cant take ibruprofen hun because i have a duodenal ulcer thats why he had to give me codine sulphate but they arent helping at all.
