for at least 2 weeks. I have had to go to the docs as what I initially thought was just bad bruising and would go away in a couple of days wasnt. my doc has put me on sick for 2 weeks as after examination I have damaged my coccyx and also he saw the injury to my arm too.
hes put me on strong painkillers......no alcohol allowed im on the sick............ 583730

I have to try and rest to let it heal

we have decking from the french door at the dining room to the garden, it had been raining on Easter Monday and i literally put one foot out the door and slipped and landed on the metal part of the door and decking fell flat on my bum but banged my elbow too, my arm is a multitude of colours ranging from black and purple to yellow!! it hurts to walk, sit, lie down etc I cant get comfy im on the sick............ 583730

I wish I could say it was getting better but it doesnt seem to be feeling any easier.the only thing is the pain killers knocked me out last night and i got a good nights sleep. my dr said it could take a while to heal.
We have had our decking down for 3 years and its the first time I have ever slipped on it now im very wary about going on it if its wet!!

my doc was going to give me 4 weeks and only relented to 2 weeks when i said I would go back to be signed off and he could check I was ok! I dread going back it will take me months to catch up!!
