| My 3 all have Leather collars but theyre always walked on halti's. I prefer Leather leads but have all kinds.Leather, fabric, rope etc. If i walk them separately then i will use a longish lead, ie..4/6 ft but if i walk them together i prefer a short lead as it gives me more control. | |

| Bingo - just a normal nylon or leather collar and a normal lead Blaze - either a harness, half check or semi slip collar and either a close control lead or a police training/double ended lead | |

and rub off on his fur maybe Maybe you have something there Karen. We bought an extremely expensive breastplate for one of Chloe's ponies a few years back and the brass fittings on that turned green. But as Sandra said, it still begs the question why Judes did it but not the others. I use training leads and nylon half checks but I am in the process of looking for a leather one for Nico. Have used nylon since he was little cos he chewed two leather ones up. One while it was still round Sly's neck!! :2431: | |

| Viva has a brown leather half check with brass fittings and a brown 6ft leather lead also with brass fittings. For long line work I used a 25m I think horse lunge line as I find they are longer and stronger than the dog long lines. | |
