| Thanks hun, Im trying very hard not to build my hopes up! we would have the best of both worlds for Marley and Kala Holywell Dene and the fields just out the front door and Seaton Sluice Beach a 5 minute walk away. | |

| Jude it looks great Nice kitchen and bathrooms i had the same fireplace in one of my houses it was my favourite very gothic looking Is that a multi burner? Im getting excited for you Is that the same house you wanted before thats by the beach? Im guessing this is the one you viewed the other night? Whats the garden like for the dogs? What a great view aswell I think a house with a view is so nice to have Im viewing a bungalow on Monday aswell but it needs a bit more work than this one i like to buy houses that need gutting OH getting a bit fed up of it tho Theres another one thats just come back on the market that i was after last year aswell so ive had the paintbrush out today aswell Good Luck are crossed for you getting a quick sale | |

| Thanks Bren its not the one we viewed the other night the rooms were too small in that one, we wouldnt even have got our bed in the bedroom and its just a kingsize, it would only take a double and that was pushing it!! plus it needed about 30K spent on it! This one is a bit further along than the other one. The one we viewed was just across the road from the beach this one is further into the estate. The garden isnt as big as the one we have here but its big enough. Let me know how your viewing goes Bren! | |

| Will do this is what we are viewing Rowan Road, Shoal Hill, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 £250,000 Viewing is recommended on this extended detached bungalow with no upward chain. Comprising: entrance porch, hall, guest wc, extended lounge diner, extended kitchen diner, three bedrooms, shower room and bathroom. Also benefiting from CH, DG, driveway with garage and store room, front and rear gardens.
- Bedrooms: 3
- Reception: 1
- Bathrooms: 2
Cannock Office: 67 High Green, Cannock, West Midlands, WS11 1BN Tel: 01543 572 251 Needs loads of work but thats what i like ripping kitchens out ripping bathrooms out ripping fireplaces out ripping cupboards out putting walls up Im surprised OH hasnt divorced me We only like it because of where it is garden backs right onto Cannock Chase Perfect for the dogs The other one isnt on rightmove yet its bigger and in a better spot | |

| Thanks Elane I will be gutted if it goes but if its meant to be then it will be there. Thats the type of bungalow I would really like Bren but the ones like that around here are either tiny or are in the 300k plus bracket which is outside our affordability. we were hoping to be mortgage free with this move but we will still have a small mortgage if we get this house. | |

| Went to our viewing yesterday and the house was a right mess The tank had burst in the loft and brought the lounge ceiling down and flooded the house over the Christmas period All the carpets throughout the house and cupboards in the bedrooms have been ripped out which tbh will save someone having to do it themselves and the ceiling has got new plasterboard up but no plaster yet It looks like they have had to rewire aswell The house and the garden are alot smaller than we initially thought so we probably wont pursue this one unless we could get it at a knock down price and there is nothing else about once we sell It could be made really nice but it will cost alot The estate agent was a tosser aswell he wasnt really interested in answering any of my questions and wouldnt let me poke my head in the loft even although there was a set of loft ladders all set up with the loft already open On a positive note ive had a call about the other house im interested in The agent says the vendor isnt quite ready to market will be about another week or so before agent getting keys for viewings Gives me more time to decorate | |

| Idiot estate agent hadnt even been up to check on the house since it happened He knew the vendors had workmen looking at the problem but hadnt got a clue how bad it was Think he had a shock when we walked in He never said a word while we viewed the property and avoided answering most of the questions i asked him didnt have keys for the garage either so we couldnt look at the room they had converted the garage into | |
