Shady's coat it so hard to groom would i be a bad owner if i clipped it when the weather gets a bit warmer about April or May what do you guys think? 300576

... it would be kinder for shady.... i always used to clip boss in the summer...his hair used to get very knotty else...

I do know of 2 people who clip their Newfie's because it gets so bad and they feel it's kinder, why not PM Elaine, she has Sport and seems to know a lot about Newfie's what do you guys think? 910222

The only thing I find with the clippers is that on Ellie, the hair goes deep inbetween the blades, builds up, Gazi takes it apart and cleans it out, not sure if the more expensive Addis etc do as well what do you guys think? 300576

with some breeds if you clip them their coat doesnt grow back the same..so im told but if its for her benifit then why not. them blaster things are great i dont have one but my groomer uses them on our dogs and all the undercoat is gone *the loose dead bits* we just book the dogs in twice a yr when they are blowing their coats and bobs ya uncle sorted what do you guys think? 434936

yea thats all we do hun rostam doesnt go but our groomers a very good friend of ours so i can take him and use their stuff. all mine are kind of starting to shed a bit now ki does all yr really but the boys and meg blow their coats twice a yr and when they come back from the groomers they smell great for AGES have had nails done anal glands done and all trimmed and looking tidy what do you guys think? 910222
