That starting from next week I wont be about as much as usual. The reason being we want to get our house up for sale as soon as possible but it needs decorating from top to bottom. Also we have 10 years of hoarding to sort out. I am going to start doing someglossing upstairs next week after work while Ed is on 3-11 and our weekends are going to be taken up with decorating. I will pop on as often as I can but we have loads to do. Our neighbours put their house up for sale on 18th December and it has sold theres 2 bungalows that we really like in Seaton Sluice and we need to get our finger out!!

We are thinking about taking a couple of days off work and having a long weekend of emulsioning!! we have to paper the kitchen and utility and 1 of the bedroomsbut the rest is just glossing and emulsioning. It would be a big helpthough even if I just got 1 or 2 doors a night done!!

about a 10minute drive from where we are now Hilary. We spend more time on Seaton sluice beach than Tynemouth thought Id let you know......... 910222

I have glossed the bathroom since coming in from work, theres just the door and the skirting boards to do in there the rest is all tiled so tomorrow night Im going to wash the ceiling and the tiles down then that will be completed! Also going to do the toilet just door and skirting. I'm hoping to get all the doors and skirting done by thursday night, Ive taken friday off work to do the glossing down the staircase and hall and hopefully get it all emulsioned at the weekend.

We are hoping to have the house all done by the end of Feb, mid March then get the HIPS done then up for sale. I was feeling really down about leaving this house but now Im quite excited!! thought Id let you know......... 910222
