Thanks Thats what i thought atleast i can get an idea of what he is terrible at It gets you used to the test aswell I just cant ever imagine passing because he is such a livewire and will not do a stay when there are other dogs about he gets all excited constantly wanting to play especially when he sees another dog go for a run about There was a lab in our group that ran around the field like a loon every time it was offlead She was supposed to be going for her gold aswell | |

| i had to stifle a giggle when i saw he had done a runner, he was bounding about like an overgrown pup wanting to play but he never ran far away!!!... ive noticed in a short time how he doesnt bother with other dogs so much as he did the first week he was there.... and when we were chatting at the start.... he never bothered with fred at all i think youre doing a great job bren.... he never had puppyhood with his previous owners, but hes certainly getting it now lol.... he will be okay hun.... | |

| Honestly Bren. For the first couple of weeks he will be a waste of space. He always is after a break. Its my own fault. I leave home at 6.45am every day & the earliest I am home is 6.15pm so of course its dark & I cant train the same. Plus I've been spending a lot of time with Kia, our lodger, who is very high maintenance (Kia is a dog btw! ) | |

| I did wonder about Kia Mickey is brilliant at home but put him on Zeps field with all the other dogs and distracting smells and he just does his own thing He gets over excited and just wants to play up Hes got the attention span of a gnat aswell Oh well thats what we go for to train the little sods I bet i get a showing up before you do | |

| Mickey sounds very like Nico, but more so. Nico is gold, no, platinum standard when he's on his own but the excitement of all those other dogs is sometimes just too much for him. I know though that he just needs consistent & regular handling, something he doesnt always get but thats not his fault | |

| They are male so say no more Smell a bitch and their brains evaporate I know what you mean tho about the training We find it hard doing the training outside when we have both dogs There is never enough time in the day to take them out seperately and its more beneficial for them to get a long walk and run about offlead Our garden is no good for training in the lawn is a big muddy mess and the patio area isnt really big enough either | |
