New Years Resolutions

Do you make New Years resolutions and do you try to stick to them?

Next year I am determined to try and lose 3 stone before the end of the year. Its gonna be difficult because of my lymphatic problem and my hectic social life but I'm going to do it for me.

I might also go to see a hypnotist to try and conquer some of my fears and phobias which are getting worse as I'm getting older.

Also I am really gonna try and think before I buy ( this will be the most difficult of all) I impulse buy and it usually ends up being a total waste of money!!

Whats your resolution going to be if you are making any?

I think fears do get worse as we get older, I don't know why, but I seem to fear things more than I ever did, I don't mind spiders so long as I feel they can't touch me, but if I think for a second they can crawl on me, I nearly have a heart attack, never was like this, I lived in Africa and none of the crawlies bothered me then.
Back to subject, I don't think I will make any, I won't keep them going, never have done, usually forget i have even made them lol.

i absolutely hate spiders....moths.... anything thats creepy and fluttery lol...

back to subject........ my new years resolution is to lose weight.... and this time i will stick to it....... after ive finished this choccy bar lol

well dont normally make them but i need to keep facing my fears which i do everyday anyway *trust me lol* but im also going to start karate again and get back to my obsessive exercising and not dwell on the bad things either *that will be a hard one tho* lol

Moths I used to be terrible with.. I learned to sort of overcome it slightly though because I had a few lizards that would love eating them so it paid to try and grab them and chuck them in for them.. Daddy long legs though.. I will never even try to get over my fear of them.. they are disgraceful, pointless, horrible little winged freaks that have only been put on this earth as a burden on anyone that hates things flying at their head.. As far as things I don't like, they go at the top of my list.

Ermm well last year I cut out caffeine and became a vegetarian as well as losing nearly 2 stone and neither of those things were new years resolutions so I am not sure what is left.. I don't drink, smoke, do any drugs, drink caffeine, eat meat, I don't really like chocolate, I don't have many bad habits either tbh.. I really wanna work a lot harder this year though and come out of it saying I have had some success with something though so that could be a resolution..
