All those who have ordered Calendars

For those who have ordered calendars

I thought it only right to let you know whats happening about the Calendars. I have some good news and some bad news.

the good news is that the calendars arrived yesterday, the bad news is that
there is a problem with 2 of the photographs which are very pixilated.

the photographs that are affected are the one on the front page of Sandras
dogs and the september puppies page. The rest of the calendar is
absolutely beautiful.

To say Im distraught is an understatement, my eyes are red raw with crying and worrying how I was going to tell you about this.

How this has happened I dont honestly know. I have dealt with this company for the past 4 years for calendars cards etc Ed has checked the files of the compilations that he did for me and all 4 are the same, 2 of them have printed beautifully. I got no warning when I uploaded the files ....if the files are low quality a warning message comes up but that didnt happen

I emailed the company yesterday and again today to see what they can do to help me and to ask why they printed 17 A3 calendars with such an obvious problem. I am still awaiting a response. I have asked if there is any way they can reprint the 2
problem pages.

what can I do if they dont, all I can do is to get Ed to print the 2 pics and paste them over the top of the offending ones. I know that this wont be accepatble to those who had ordered for presents but I cant afford to pay out another £165, that is what Im
about to lose.

I havent cashed any cheques that have been sent, if you decide that you dont want the Calendar and there will be no hard feelings if you decide that if you can pm me and I can either send the cheque back to you or if you trust me I will tear it up and dispose of it.

Also if you would like to go ahead and have the calendar could you also please let me know.

I feel as though I have let everyone down but believe me what I uploaded
was checked double checked and triple checked I really cant understand
why this has happened as the pics posted on here perfectly as well.

If I do a calendar for next year I will have 1 printed first to make sure
everything is ok, which is what I was going to do originally but didnt
think I needed to as I had never had a problem before.

All I can do is sincerely apologise, the members of Admin know how really upset
and distraught I am over this but I can only hope and pray that
the calendar company will help me out.

Once again Im so very very sorry.

this is absolutely not your fault hun... fingers crossed the company rectify the problem, but if not then ed's idea of pasting the original pictures over the top is a brilliant idea....

i for one will have this calender no matter what... i have waited for it and am far too excited about it to turn it down ....

i am sure that everyone will understand your anguish over this hun and will fully support you as all of us in admin have done... and no one will blame you personally ....

I agree with Shelley Jude, it's not your fault, and I am more than pleased with all the hard work you have put in and still want both my Calandars please hun

Aww jude hun,you and Ed have worked so hard on the calendar
Hopefully the company will sort it out but if not dont worry.I'm so

I definately want both my calenders i would of kept them even if it was the pic with my dogs that was the problem You and Ed have worked hard to get this calender together and we all know you have done everything possible to make sure it is great

I feel so bad for you worrying about what the rest of us would think
Hopefully the company will rectify the pages but if not then your idea sounds like a good solution Whatever im still excited to see the finished calender and i hope this little blip doesnt put you off for next year

You are such a moose sometimes Judes. Of course I want my calendar & I couldnt give a monkeys if a couple of the pics arent up to scratch. Its a shame but in the grand scheme of things its not something that will keep me awake at night. If it wasnt for you & Ed there wouldnt even be a calendar so lets hear no more about it!!!!

Well the calendar company are now peeing me off big time, I have emailed them 3 times no response, ed rang today and the person he needed to speak to wasnt at their desk and they would ring back but Ed had to go to work and no one has rang so on Monday he is ringing and isnt coming off the line til he has spoken to someone, he isnt happy at all.

I will keep you updated but Eds not going to let it drop without a fight, he has asked me to pass a message on to you and to thank you all for being so understanding and for being lovely to me
