afternoon everyone!! :love:

had a great night out last night, went out with our frinds Keith and Deb for a meal and a couple of drinks. Hadnt seen them for a few months and we laughed so much I got a pain!!! It really did me the world of good.

the food was excellent and the boys treat me and Deb to a glass of Champers for an aperitif before our meal which was most unexpected!!! I had king prawns in a lovely sauce and salad granish to start with then had a gorgeous fillet steak in a madiera sauce then for pud I had black cherries and ice cream it was delish!!!

back strictly on diet today though, its the first time i have been out since I went on my diet and had to go into town yesterday to buy something new to wear to go out!!

had a quiet morning, had dogs on beach, Eds in bed and he is doing a 12 hour nightshift tonight from 7 so having a quiet afternoon with little bits of training with Kala.

Dressage stewarding until 3pm, then walked the dogs & then ironing, ironing & more ironing. Now time for bed cos I had a late night last night & I'm shattered.
