i bred tammy in april but she had a split season so she missed , mindy came in season 12 days ago and i aim to do a repeat mating with zeus a cracking longcoat, but now mindy's been strange with her season, she will bleed alittle 1 day, nothing the next and has no swelling at all, there have been loads of girls having problems this year , mut be the weather

Strange...Summer is still bleeding and this is day 30 of her cycle
wondered about taking her to the vets but she is absolutely fine
apart from the bleeding.

i was always told anything over 6 weeks with a season, then think about getting it checked out because some times they can get anemia ,

i'll have to remember all this, my friend across the road has a bitch, and they were woried about her last season lasting so long.. they werent sure when she would be receptive as she was in season for a few weeks... they didnt know whether to take her out for a walk or not lol...so they chose not too until they were absolutely sure she was okay

A woman i see on our walk occasionally said her bitch has had a very strange season this time, she got worried coz she wouldn't stop bleeding, she went to the vet but it stopped the next day
