I cant zleep am buggeyed and noone iz here to keep me company zhit might azwell go have a hot chocolate oh and forgot have been on a diet with my thyroid tabz and have lozt three poundz and I have been doing the wii fit but hell I have more often than not piddled myzelf when trying to jog on the zpot than anything elze hehehel ol

Sorry Ems, that time of night is waaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy past my bedtime!!!

I'm a 10 to 10.30 bedtimer cos I have to be up at 5.45 for work!

So thats 3 of us on a diet on here!

I can't get on in the evenings much any more, maybe next week I will be able to. It's horrible when you can't sleep, last night was very warm and uncomfortable

aww i was watching tv my laptop was playing up last night i wanted to throw it out of the window so was chatting to my Princess Biatch on the phone most the night lol

ive been exercising ... and them im too pooped to come on the pc most of the time... but fingers crossed when im eventually a skinny bitch i will be on for longer :2431:

ive worked bloomin hard sange, and i cant deny its been hard... but i think my body is slowly adapting to less food and more exercise :2431: so hopefully i will feature in our holiday pics next month :2445:

What types of food are you eating now and how much exercise you doing?

for example....

breakfast: ham bagel and a glass or orange juice

lunch: ham roll or a ham salad with a bag or low fat crisps

dinner: steamed chicken/fish with salad or veg or with 3 new potatoes or a jacket spud...

i can also have a treat so lon as its no more than 150 cals and 5g of fat...
breakfast can be no more than 400 cals
lunch no more than 400 cals
dinner no more than 500 cals...

its suiting me just fine

exercise... i do half hour at ngiht on the twist and turn.. and maybe 20 mins aerobics in a morning... and then hour + walking the dog ...

and i try to exercise as im doing the garden and houework etc

yep .... im quite looking for ward to it this year... last year was fun but hard work with the dogs.. but this time freds in kennels for training..so i can relax :2431: ... and then once ive been the pressure to lose weight is off lol... i can relax a bit.. i'll obvioulsy keep up with the diet but i wont be so strict on the exercising

well weighed myzelf lazt night and it zayz I have lozt another 2 poundz zo altogether five poundz two to go and I have lozt a ztone then I can target for another ztone we(vanezza and me) are on the wii fit in the morning after doing three dogz (toz, del, kia and thrre pupz)hour walk each but pupz we do for half an hour but they run on their own zteam on the field we take two adultz at a time then houzework and I did the garden weeding today then every evening except wednezdayz we walk for an hour with the dogz again with me two matez vanezza and rachel, think itz working but my back and hipz are zo fucked I am conztantly taking painkillerz to get by
