We took Mimi and Stan to Kennelgate in Alvaston when we got dogfood and spur of the moment went over the road to the park afterwards, thats why I only had a phone and not camera.

Maggie is in season so she was at home :2431: Were gonna take them all when shes finished, will be interested to see what she thinks of the birds. Mimi wasnt bothered until they flew then she started to drool and pull towards them and Stan was scared :2445:

There were a few about, not many for saying the weather was so nice. Its big enough to have plenty of space too, away from people. I was walking round thinking it would be a pretty good place for a meet actually Mimi, Stan And Joe 729386

If I remember rightly, the otherside is about halfway down Raynesway too so it would prob only be about a 20 min walk from Asda.

Oh yeah, I used to live in Spondon when I was a kid and we walked down a towpath somewhere, will have a think and let you know. It took you round the back of Borrowash somewhere straight to the stables.

Stoney Lane, Spondon, I think, somewhere near there is where we jumped on it. I dont know about near Asda itself though. I bet its near the old B&Q or a bit further down near the traintrack and The Moon pub.

appaantly theres loads of walks around chad and hereabouts.... we will have to try them out one day

Yeah, I think there are a few paths about in Spondon/Chad, I cant rememeber where now though :2445: was a few years ago now.

I wonder if the info is online anywhere?

The path from Raynesway goes all the way to Melbourne I think, that would be a good walk one day :2445:
