| Silent fireworks never heard of them before yes New Years Eve is more for the young uns nowadays I do like to have a good house party for family and friends tho We had a brill one for 2000 because all the pubs were charging admission just because it was the millennium year we decided to throw a house party at the last minute All our family and friends came with the kids aswell and it was a great night We even got to know some of the neighbours better inviting them so they didnt complain about the noise Everyone turned up laden with booze and food The adults all partied away while the kids took over one of the bedrooms having playstation battles and face painting | |

| Wow sounds amazing not sure how I would cope with all those people and kids in the house though Yes these are family friendly fireworks, very little sound to them....we put the dogs in the living room shut all the doors and had them down the bottom of the garden, they only lasted 30 seconds but it was enough | |

| Edinburgh is great at New Year but you don't appreciate where you stay and I done the street party years ago when I was younger doesn't appeal to me now.....lol
Usually go to my friends she has a house party but just felt as my Dad is 81 in Feb should see him just after the bells which he was really pleased about just a pity im choked with the damn cold so feeling crap.
Got my Cola ham on just now and roast beef in the oven, lentil soup made, veg all prepped and just the steak pies to make later on.
So sitting on my fat butt the now....lol | |
