Roll on January

We have moved in with my mum in law and im totally pissed off already       

The dogs bark every 2 seconds and my mum in law hasnt shut up talking today       my f**king head is throbbing     
If she asks me one more question today i think my head will explode     
Shes lovely but i wish she would shut up for 5 minutes   

I have had a migraine headache since we arrived      and i feel sick      I just need an hour of quiet to get rid of my headache   

   i definately am mad       and i definately wont be moving again   

I cant even go out because hubby has gone to work in my car and i cant manage both dogs together      i cant even go to the loo without the dogs following me  its driving me nuts                                   
If the dogs werent here it would be fine     i feel like a new mother with hyperactive twins to look after      
Looks like we will be here until the first week in January if i last that long     

It's sounds very very frustrating and annoying Hun ... Can't you book yourselves a holiday cottage for over Xmas for both of you and the dogs

Tonight has been alot better    

Headache is gone      dogs have settled down a bit  and im less stressed    

I feel awful for moaning       My mum in law is a saint for taking us in like this   

Today has been ok again   

Hubby took the dogs out up the chase for a long walk this morning so i got a break from them   

My son is back from uni tomorrow so he can do some doggie sitting so we can get out and do a bit of Christmas shopping    It sounds bad having to doggie sit but they are really clingy atm and bark if i leave them    I cant go out and let my mum in law deal with that    

We went for a walk near the new house yesterday    Its a really nice walk that goes round the outskirts of the village and through a small woodland   
The dogs loved it

Im fuming      i spoke to the estate agents we are buying off on Saturday and they were going to chase the rest of the chain up and get back to me YESTERDAY   Well guess who had no phone call    
Ive chased my solicitor who cannot get through to the buyers solicitor    
Im totally pissed off with people fobbing me off so we have instructed my solicitor to leave a phone message and an email message for the buyers solicitor telling them we are pulling out of the sale on Friday if we havent exchanged       Ive also spoken to the estate agent and told them the same    
Its about time they made some phone calls and did their job   
We are looking to actually move on the 8th or 10th of January but want the exchange before the solicitors close for Christmas on Friday so it cant be dragged out any longer    
The other solicitor is a right pain in the arse   She takes forever to answer any queries and my solicitor can never get through to her on the phone      Anyone would think she was the bloody queen  

Bloody hell Bren sounds a nightmare Hun! .....especially over Christmas, good job you've got no young kiddies

I'm keeping everything crossed for you Hun, have you got anywhere as back up

Glad you're slowly settling at the mother in laws

  I did have something else in mind but that sold today   
If we lose this house we will rent for a while and take our time to find somewhere else    

I ended up ringing the estate agent again this afternoon because they still hadnt called me back   
theyve said there is definately no problem with exchange by friday but tbh i dont know whether its going to happen as they couldnt get through to the solicitor either    
It really needs to be the lady im buying off who needs to ring the solicitor up and tell her to pull her finger out but its awkward trying to put pressure on her with all shes dealing with atm    thats why i need the estate agent to do it    
I told them i thought the solicitor was a complete waste of space   and they agreed

Your seller may be in a nasty position right now but you need to know where you stand Hun it's not fair on you

We have finally exchanged       with a moving date of the 8th January    

Only problem is i cant get my furniture delivered until the 13th    because they are fully booked up    

Looks like i will be borrowing my brothers blow up mattress he uses when he goes camping    
Ive got all the rest of my bedding here so that wont be a problem    

The estate agents we are buying off are bloody useless      the exchange happened before 1pm but we still havent had a call off them confirming it    
They are probably deliberately blanking me because i called them this morning and asked them to chase it up informing them if it didnt exchange today we were defiinately pulling out    
they promised to call me back as soon as they heard anything    they have to be the worst estate agents ive ever dealt with

Im getting impatient     the time is really dragging now

tbh Shelley i cant even remember what the house looks like    i only looked round twice and havent been in it since July    hubby only saw it once so he cant remember at all   

are the details still in the brochure .... We were the same with this place and it wasn't as long as what you hadn't seen your place for ....

I can understand your impatience it would drive me crazy I bet you can't wait to get cracking, is there much to do when you get in is the garden mickey proof??

The garden is fenced but we're going to put another bit of fencing up to limit the dogs from getting to the back where the sheep are      It should stop them from wrecking all the grass aswell    
They can go on that bit of garden when supervised      i just dont trust Mickey    

    The house is still on rightmove so i keep looking at it      Mind you my old house is still on there     the agent hasnt taken it off yet    

The house is ok for now but i cant wait to start planning what to do with it   

We even took the dogs over the other day and tried out the walk round the village   

We've fenced our grass too ...bella managed to dig a hole in the middle of it so they're only allowed to go on it supervised now

We haven't had a proper walk around where we live yet, we've been lazy and keep nipping over the road to the fields as soon as Tia's at school and were back into a routine I will go and explore!

OMG

It looks amazing the garden is fantastic

  We bought it for the garden tbh
It was a lovely sunny day when we viewed and the garden was so nice to sit in   
Its nice and long so the dogs will be able to have a good run about in it   

They're going to love the garden ... Ours is long but not as wide as that , and the views are amazing ...you're going to love it there

I think im going to like this one   

Its got all the things i was looking for and can be updated to our taste as we can afford it
