| Here is my new website for the business still have loads to put on it piccies etc.... but have a wee lookie..... www.starduztlimited.co.ukI went to the business gateway yesterday to see about getting terms and conditions the guy wanted to charge me £500 for 3 hours......  eh away n jump if i had 500 quid it would be going to getting the crude content of the treats. So does anyone know can you do your own terms and conditions as no way can i afford to pay anything like that!!!!  | |

| Agree with Elaine, check out other websites, don't copy, adapt. Online shops have to comply with DSA, (think its DSA or could be DSR) you have to have a clear returns policy, full contact details, shipping and warranty details, may be some other stuff as well, have a look at sites like this to explain the info you need http://www.worldpay.com/onlinetrading/index.php?page=start&sub=regulationsIf you google online business regulation, Trading standards and Terms and Conditions, it won't be long and you will have a clear guide to what is needed. | |
