Freshfields Animal Rescue is a non profit making animal charity with two rehoming centres, caring for abandoned, abused and unwanted animals. Everyday at least one more unfortunate creature finds itself with Freshfields as its only hope for a future. We tend to any health issues, usually at expense, caring for the animals, nurturing them in the hope that we can re-home them to loving people in the future. Please... help us to help them

FRESHFIELDS is the rescue I am volunteering for now, they take all animals including farm and wild animals.

they have a "farm/rescue centre" in Ince Blundell and another in wales.

I was taken round the centre last week, its not posh and a bit iggledy piggeldy, but the animals there are immaculately cared for and the staff are very dedicated.

I will be shaking a tin outside Jollys pet shop next week for them and am in the process of securing places at local fundrasing events.

We are also doing a back pack at Morrisons supermarket on Easter Saturday.
Later on in the year I will be doing a sposered swim of 100 lenghts without a break in about 70 mins, trying to get in better shape first though.
