well keke is still with us which is the best thing ever but my god somedays shes running round like a nutter and others like today shes wobbling all over the spot lately its been she will have a run in the morn and spend the rest of the day on the sofa shes up for going out but she wobbles standing still her back end shakes its and odd disease! hopefully start hydro soon x

hi farah you will find that she will have good days and bad i just hope that you have the same experiance as i did when she has hydro a i said before it gave teiger a quality of life for a further 4 years and he was able to walk but again the illness took its toll eventually :love: :love: :love: :love: :love:

Hydro has done wonders for Sabre. Apart from getting him mobile again after becoming lame, you can physically see as well as feel the muscle increase. His back end was nothing but knobbly bone and skin. It's made a huge difference. At the moment we've also reduced his metacam right down to the point where I just give it him if he looks a bit stiff, he hasn't had any since before christmas!

cheers guys i think we will be trying to start it asap some time this month as i took her for a walk this morn and she was falling over never before had she been this bad she couldnt walk and if she wasnt wobbling on to her bum she fell on her forehand she kept stopping and my phone doesnt work so couldnt ring for a lift so in the end i even thought about carrying her home as shes only a lil gsd anyway lol but we walked really slow and got home i was in tears she was fine yesterday its horrible i hate to see her this way :san56:

It's heart breaking to think of Keke and you having to go through all of this.. You have had such an awful year as it is.. It is such a shame.. I really hope the hydro helps.. At the very least, it should help build up some muscle while putting minimum strain on her body so that has to be a plus.. well she hasnt moved from the sofa all day really except for her tea so at least shes being clevar and resting as it ould break my heart more if she wanting to go out wen pup does as i dont think she would make it xx
