I've had a really busy week at work with being off for 2 weeks as no one does my job when Im away but Im not complaining as I have built up a bit of flexi and this week has flown over!

I'm off to fat class tonight, not expecting a loss as I have eaten out a lot and had a few takeaways while on holiday so I will be happy with staying the same!
