bloody hell he did, how did he manage that then???.... thats some serious weight loss

all diet and excersise the loset loss was 2 stone something still good going in 8 weeks now 4 left in final the biggest loser gets 10 grand

bloomin heck, it must have been extreme dieting and exercise.... its a good loss, but the only problem when you lose it so quick, is that you will prob put it back on twicefold just as quick... :2431:
