| Im feeling better this week Jude We had my mums ashes interned on Monday with the priest blessing them with holy water The ashes were buried with my dads ashes in a double plot i felt so much better knowing she is with my dad now and they are both in a better place Im still not sleeping very well but i think i have a few things going on there Stress work worry it all takes its toll Im really suffering from hot sweats at night aswell im at that age ive sorted out most of the paperwork and passed it on to the solicitor and accountant to deal with now Ive decided its best to let the proffesionals deal with everything so i dont have to stress about it The tenant has been given notice and ive got the estate agents ready to market as soon as they leave Theyve said they will accept viewings but id prefer it empty before its put on the market Its a shame none of us want to be landlords because they have been very good tenants Its just too much hassle having to try get a buy to let mortgage and dealing with tax returns etc The job is going ok now i know what im doing well i do most of the time I just dont seem to have much time to do anything atm so not much happening with the house Im getting another quote for new windows on Saturday we've decided to change the windows and are considering choosing the irish oak colour rather than white then getting the outside rendered The brickwork is terrible with loads of holes everywhere and paint all over it We hadnt noticed that until we took the trellising off Its all a bit work in progress here we cant get any rooms decorated until we get the windows done because we need to get most of the walls and ceilings skimmed so really want to get that sorted asap | |

| Aww hun I'm sorry your not sleeping any better. Theres nowt worse than sleep deprivation. When I've had problems in the past I've used melatonin its a hormonal sleep remedy which helps you adjust your sleep routine and after about a week or so you should notice a difference This link will explain better lol http://sleepfoundation.org/sleep-topics/melatonin-and-sleep | |
