Well

Im a month into my new job and so far i hate it   

The people im working with are all really nice but im not enjoying learning the job   
Its too much information to learn too quickly for me to be comfortable with    
The trainers have said im a typical air sign   wanting to know im doing everything correctly straight away without making the mistakes during training   
  i cant help myself getting totally frustrated   
Its all the computer stuff thats doing my head in   we have to have about 10 different screens open    im totally shyte on computers    the amount of times ive either locked screens or closed them down is getting me down now    the pace is picking up and theyre adding new stuff to do so i felt quite swamped yesterday     
The trainers have said im doing fine and that everyone picks it up differently and to stop stressing     but i cant help myself

Oh dear there is nothing worse when you feel like that but just keep at it and it will all of a sudden make sense it will become second nature!!!

Today was my first day working in the actual call centre environment instead of the training room and tbh it was alright
I had a few nightmare calls but i felt alot better than i did last week and im sure it wont take long to get used to it
One thing ive defo got to do is order myself a desk fan    it was really hot today   
  i start to enjoy it   

Good luck Bren, what sort of calls do you take? just think, it could be one of us your sorting out one day   

Hows it going chick? I reckon once youve been there a few weeks youll start feeling more confident n settled

Wednesday was fine    i quite like the buzz of working again but i had the day off Thursday because i had to go up to Liverpool hospital for my eye tests again   then when i got back i went to see my mum and saw she had really deteriated so spent the rest of the day until 11.30 sitting with her trying to get some liquids and medication into her    then i rang in sick Friday to do the same so i havent been in since  
I should be starting properly with no trainer on Monday but i cant see myself going in the way things are   
Ive been with my mum all day today only getting back an hour or so ago and she is not well at all  
I dont think she will last much longer and i really didnt want to come back home tonight   
Im just    i see her tomorrow

Shes not well at all    ive been with her since this morning only just getting in about half an hour ago     I just had a few hours break to go home for some tea
I just dont want to leave her just incase the worst happens   
Shes bedbound and not eating or talking   
I managed to commondere the dvd player tonight and took it down to her room playing songs for her which she enjoyed      she can hardly move but her little hands were clapping

Ive just rung in sick again and spending the day with mum again   
Im sure argos wont miss me   for a few more days

Im taking a radio over so that i can have music on for her just incase the cd player is being used in the lounge   

hope she is a wee bit better today

     

  Awww Bren. It must be so hard for you but the time you are spending with her now is obviously important and your giving her some memories back
