saturday night is my naughty night! I eat very few points during the day but then have a takeaway chocolate and wine. totally blow my daily points and my 49 weekly points. I always have done with ww diet. it works for me. :)

I don't think I have lost much this week, I have been pretty good but I don't feel like much has shifted and I have upped my time walking.

I may have a take away this weekend jude, if I don't I will feel like I am missing out, the chocolate doesn't bother me but a nice take away and a bottle of wine has always been our weekly treat.
