PostSubject: Train ride   Sat Feb 08, 2014 3:09 pm

I went for a ride down to London in the cab of a tilting train yesterday

It was great    i really enjoyed it

Going through the dark tunnels was a bit unnerving    but i loved the tilting motion from the front
Im glad i went in the daytime     i dont think i would of liked it in the dark or if it had been foggy
Ive been dying to go for ages and was lucky the weather was decent     the dogs were on their own in the new house for the first time for 6 hours so were happy to see me when i got back

It actually tilts more than you realise
They introduced them a few years ago to help the trains go faster
