House stuff

Well ive had a few viewings on my house now
The first viewers who were in rented loved the house but it was just too small for them
Then i had some other renters who were looking to extend They came with 3 kids under 8 who were into everthing They loved it but decided the access was just too awkward

the first time buyers cancelled their viewing after having a walk past saying it wasnt suitable
I had some people who were sold view twice but in the end they said they loved the house and where it was but the kitchen was just too small Then had another sold say they loved the house but the parking just wasnt suitable as it wasnt right next to the house Apparently he needed more secure parking as he kept tools etc in his car/van
Then ive got 2 other viewers who really want it who are otm but havent sold
One of them sounds perfect for this house they have 4 dogs 2 cats and various other pets they want something quiet and secluded with good views and they arent really bothered about the small kitchen so said this house is perfect they sell and make an offer
Only problem is they have a 5 bed to sell and the other interested person has an 8 bed to sell

Just booked another viewing for tomorrow while ive been typing this for that one
Atleast ive had plenty of early interest and no real negative comments so things are looking good

Its only been on for less than 2 weeks and im fed up already

Just a quick update on house stuff

Had 10 viewers and a second viewing but still no offers

We ve decided we are gonna drop the price next week as all the houses we keep wanting are selling
One that ive had my eye on since last year hasnt sold yet so 1ppnobody else sees the potential in it    Lucky for me the owner presents it really really badly 1oppswith cobwebs everywhere and beds unmade so im hoping anyone else viewing will be put off

lets hope someone will snap up your house bren so you can get the property you have seen. you do have a good eye with properties.
